Fort St. James Minor Hockey Registration

We are working hard to plan for the upcoming season. Our program will follow return to play plans set by BC Hockey and the standards required by the arena to ensure a safe and enjoyable season for our athletes.

You can register for a fun filled season with the Fort St. James Stars online starting August 29, 2024. Registration will be done online thru Teamsnap. We will not be hosting an in-person registration session this summer. Early bird registration rates will be in effect until midnight on September 16, 2024. After that RETURNING players fee’s will be $100 higher. FSJMHA needs people to sign up as soon as possible so we can get our paperwork done for Hockey Canada and get our teams set up for success.

Do you have 3 children registered with the FSJ Minor Hockey Association?

If you have 3 (or more) children living under the same roof all registered with the FSJ Minor Hockey Association your third and additional children receive a $100 discount on their registration fee.

Do you know someone new who wants to play?

FSJ Minor Hockey Association would love to see some new faces out this season. If after 2 weeks of play your child is not interested in finishing the season your registration fee will be refunded (minus insurance costs of approximately $40.00). We also have 4 complete sets of 5-6 year old gear available to loan courtesy of Fort St. James Early Childhood Education!

Payment

All payment is due prior to athletes participating in FSJMHA activities. Pay online through the TeamSnap registration page, pay offline with a cheque, a cheque post dated for October 31, 2024, cash, have FSJMHA invoice your sponsoring First Nations Band. If a player’s registration payment is returned NSF, that player will be immediately be suspended from further play until payment is made. A $30 fee will be charged on all returned cheques. If your sponsoring First Nations Band declines paying your registration fee FSJMHA will invoice parents and they will be responsible for paying the registration fee in a timely manner.

Concession Deposit

Please make sure any families that did not complete their concession hours for the previous (2023/24) season are paid up. If you did complete your hours in the 2023/24….THANK YOU… your deposit will be rolled over from last year. All registration fees and concession fees must be paid before your athlete will be able to go on the ice.

Step 1: Link to Hockey Canada Medical Info Form to be downloaded, filled in, saved to your computer, and uploaded to TeamSnap when prompted by the registration form (required step).

Step 2: Follow the registration link below to login to Teamsnap and complete the registration form. Hot tip, if you use Google Chrome as your browser instead of Internet Explorer many of the fields be filled in with info from last year for you.

Simply click “pay offline” at the end of the registration process if you would like to defer payment until September or are sponsored by a First Nations Band.
